Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and [ENTITY — legal name, to be supplied] ("MoxyMind," "we," "us") governing your use of the MoxyMind app and its content. By creating an account or using MoxyMind, you agree to them.

1. Education only — not medical or crisis care

MoxyMind is an educational and reflective wellbeing space. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or crisis service, and nothing here is medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We do not diagnose, treat, or give medication or dosing advice, and we do not monitor the app for emergencies in real time. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988; call 911 for immediate danger).

2. Who can use MoxyMind

MoxyMind is intended for adults 18 years or older and is not directed at minors. At launch, MoxyMind is offered to members in the United States. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Your account & community identity

You post in pods and the community under a pseudonym, not your real name. Impersonating another member, our team, or "Moxy" is not allowed. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Purchases, pricing & installments

Programs are a one-time purchase; membership (The Grove) is a recurring monthly subscription. Some programs may be paid in full or in installments. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. A later change to our prices does not change what you already paid for a purchase you have made. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is shown to you at checkout and when you request a refund, and it is the binding version of these terms. In plain language:

8-week program: full refund any time before Week 3 unlocks; after that, we refund what you haven't yet used (what you paid minus the value of the weeks already opened to you), rounded in your favor.
7-day Quick Relief: full refund before Day 3 unlocks; not refundable after.
Membership (The Grove): cancel any time; we refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
If we remove you from a program for a guidelines violation, the same program math applies, rounded in your favor.

6. Acceptable use, community & moderation

Our Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Posts are checked against them before they publish; a post that falls outside them isn't published, and you're welcome to edit and share again. We review posts that members report, and we may hold, hide, or remove content, or suspend or remove an account, for conduct that breaks the guidelines or these terms. If we remove you from a paid program, the refund math in §5 applies.

7. Your content is for your personal use

Programs, audio, readings, and other materials are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, share, resell, or redistribute them. You keep ownership of what you write; by posting to a pod or the community you allow us to display it to that space and to gently moderate it as described in §6.

8. Limitation of liability
